Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from TNT Poke 2 Go. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, because trading cards and sealed products can be sensitive to condition and market value, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Singles and Slabs: Please review photos, descriptions, and condition details carefully before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Sealed Products: Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in the same condition it was received. Opened sealed produts are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
